Sandy Stapczynski assisted Municipal Resources, Inc. by serving as a Facilitator for the Westerly, Rhode Island Town Manager executive search panel. HRS is also assisting MRI with several other Town Manager searches in New England. HRS maintains a strategic alliance with Municipal Resources, Inc. of Meredith, New Hampshire.
