Town of Danvers Engages HRS

The Town of Danvers, MA has engaged Human Resources Services, Inc. to develop a contemporary compensation and classification study and plan for its non-union employees.  HRS will utilize a hands-on approach in conducting the study.  Job analysis, external market analysis, and internal pay equity is at the heart of the review.  HRS uses proven methodologies, technologies and solutions to create and deliver results and training needs.  HR initiatives related to performance systems, critical policies, job descriptions, and other areas will also be enhanced.
