Town of Watertown awards Personnel Study to HRS

We are proud to have been awarded a personnel study for the Town of Watertown, Massachusetts. HRS will conduct an assessment and update of the Town's Personnel Ordinances, as well as conduct job audits, position descriptions and other related work.
