Elizabeth Mensinger is an HRS Management Consultant and has experience in business management as well as program development and implementation and has served in leadership positions in public, private and non-profit settings. She has extensive experience in the recruitment and selection process, research and analysis, and a variety of human resource specialties; and has proven success in bringing together teams and creating effective and efficient processes to achieve goals. Elizabeth has assisted HRS with consulting assignments related to compensation and classification including employee interviews, job audits, job descriptions, statistical data analysis, and other human resource related assignments. She has ten years of experience in writing municipal job descriptions for scores of Massachusetts and New Hampshire municipalities, and has worked on positions from every functional area of municipal government. Elizabeth graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work and attained her Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University of Central Florida.
