Erin Bailey is a Management Consultant with HRS. She has over 15 years’ experience in developing, managing, and executing customized HR and Compensation solutions in various sectors. Erin is a team member with Human Resources Services Inc., she has assisted HRS with numerous local government compensation and classification studies. She currently works for a global manufacturing company as its compensation manager. She also works with HRS on compensation modeling and other areas. Previously she worked for Bain & Company, John Hancock Investments, Merck, and Sophos among others. Erin holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University, and she is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
